Lideranca Group, Inc is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information and survey information. “Personal Information” means information that identifies you personally, including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, or credit card information. “Survey Information” means the information you provide to us as you respond to the survey contained on the Site; it includes some sensitive demographic information such as race/ethnicity, gender, age, religion, and disability, but it does not include any Personal Information. As part of our commitment to the privacy and security of your Personal Information and Survey Information, Lideranca Group, Inc has developed this Privacy Policy to make you aware of our information gathering practices and how we use the information we receive.

Lideranca Group, Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time. Gathering and Use of Information You Provide to Us
You can visit and browse this Site without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information. If you choose only to look at the Site and do not wish to sign up as an administrator or project manager, you need not provide any Personal Information. You can also visit the Site, but not review the survey questions, without providing any Survey Information. If you wish to take the survey, all questions in the questionnaire must be answered. Note that while Lideranca Group, Inc uses your email address in order to provide you a personalized link to the survey, your email address is not kept associated with your survey answers; instead, each survey is assigned a unique identifier that is not associated with any Personal Information. If you are an administrator or project manager and also take the survey, your Survey Information will not be associated with your Personal Information.
If you want to be an administrator or project manager, you will need to create an account. When you create an account with us, we will ask you for the following Account Information, which includes some Personal Information: first and last name, organization name and EIN, work email address, work address, billing information, and work telephone number. We will also ask you to create a password for your account. Please remember that you are responsible for the security of your password; choose a strong password and do not share it with others. Your Account Information may be used for various marketing and/or business purposes including, but not limited to, providing goods or services you have requested, customizing your experience on the Site, resolving disputes, troubleshooting problems, and enforcing our agreements with you. In addition, if you opt in, we will use your Account information for direct mailings or emailings from Lideranca Group, Inc. We will share your Account Information within our corporate family and with our third-party vendors as necessary for these purposes.
Survey Information may be used for reporting purposes including reporting to your organization and generating general reports regarding organizations like yours. These reports will allow filtering based on sensitive characteristics to see how, for example, all white men responded to a particular question. However, all such reporting will be on an aggregate basis. In order to ensure the privacy of your Survey Information, no result for any single survey question will be reported for fewer than 3 people at a time, and no report will ever include all of your survey answers in one place.
Gathering and Use of Information Automatically Collected
When you visit this Site, our Web servers may collect some information automatically, such as your Internet protocol address, the identity of your Internet Service Provider, your operating system, and the time and date of your visit. This information is not linked to Personal Information. This information is used to compile aggregate statistics about the total number of daily visitors to our Site, the pages most frequently visited and how long visitors tend to stay at each page. By collecting this information, we get a better understanding of your preferences so we can continually improve your online experience with us.

You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on this Site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information remaining because of backups.
You will be given an opportunity to review and correct your Survey Information prior to submitting it; however, Survey Information cannot be updated or corrected once submitted.

This Site has industry-standard measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Children
Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us.
